We would like to introduce a case where large machinery was delivered and installed at a printing factory by performing a "complete 3D scan of the factory" from a remote location. The printing factory that requested our services was considering the delivery and installation of large machinery, but it was challenging to coordinate while gathering at the factory to see the actual equipment. Reproducing the factory in 3D required aligning with 3D CAD, which would incur enormous costs. With the "BUNSHIN" delivery simulation, it became possible to discuss and confirm the delivery route as if we were on-site, even from a remote location. A NC machine simulator that interprets G-code data for various controllers, including FANUC and Heidenhain, to perform machining simulations. It simultaneously conducts machining simulations alongside the movement of the machine tool, allowing you to verify the actual movements of the machine while also checking the machining state of the workpiece.
